Right Foods - 25 Body Type Diet
Many people come up to me and ask me to pick the correct diet for them or want a second opinion on what foods to eat and which foods will help them attain and maintain holistic health and vitality? Everyone is individual and has many conditions that affect their nutritional needs.
Since I am not an M.D. or N.D. and not a licensed dietitian or a nutritionist, I can only provide some insight, based on years of my own research and practice, on how I would choose a diet and where I would go for advice.
I gave a few short paragraphs in my holistic dental care book on the best diets and advice I would give to my patients. Now I want to expand on these recommendations and give a more through explanation of what the right foods, right proportion of foods and the detox programs you should regularly do. I will offer you nutritional recommendations that will give you optimal health, vitality, increased energy, balanced weight and stamina.
I would recommend the right foods for your body type, in the right proportions for optimal health, to reduce inflammation and to detox for elimination of stored toxins in your body.
Right Foods/Right Proportions/Detox.
This month I will touch on just the first part of the nutritional program uniquely designed for just you: The Right Foods.
This is no one diet for everyone, because everyone is unique.
A diet good for your friend, family member or social media contact may not be the optimal diet for you. Different people need different foods, different exercises and have different motivations because they have different dominant organs and glandular systems. You were born with different dominant organ systems and they remain dominant throughout your life.
These dominant glands or organ systems determine the right foods that give your unique bodies optimal balance: physically, emotionally and spiritually. They also determine the physical characteristics and psychological traits you express, your strengths, weaknesses and what motivates you. They tell what foods to eat, when to eat, what is your ideal weight, the best exercises for you and what foods to avoid to attain and maintain optimal health.
You must eat, so why not eat those foods that enliven you, unlock the stores of energy and vitality, maintain energy flow as it constantly replenishes and rebuilds your body?

The 25 Body Type System provides the most comprehensive, individualized nutrition, diet and weight loss plan for you. Each of you are unique and require different foods to support your body. The foods recommended in various other diets may be the certain foods that you should be avoiding.
For example, I was trying to eat more nuts and seeds as opposed to sugary desserts after meals and in the evening. I started to eat almonds and switched to almond milk and creamers for my coffee. This was the wrong food for me. Almonds are one of the foods I am suppose to avoid. Almonds may be healthy for some people but almonds do not support my unique body type or dominant organs. I thought it was a healthy option but Thalamus body types, like me, are suppose to avoid almonds, almond milk and almond creamers.
Each Body Type has a list of healthy foods, sensitive foods and foods to avoid.
Your unique body type of healthy foods are those that you should be using to if you are healthy and balanced. Sensitive foods are the foods that generally good when you are not feeling well. Sensitive foods are those that give you the greatest support, easiest to digest and for when you are not at your best or are under alot of stress. Foods to avoid are not to be eaten more than once a month, for they will tax your system, excessively stress your dominant organs and over load your digestive system.
The listed stressful foods for the different dominant organ systems are for example: adrenal body types avoid cashews, blood body types should avoid cheddar cheese, gall bladder body types should avoid most seeds and nuts, heart body types should avoid corn and lettuce, pineal gland body types should avoid most fruits and skin body types should avoid eggs.
Most body types should avoid: arugula, milk, ice cream, pork, ham, sausage, coffee and chocolate. If you are making foods for a pot luck dinner you may want to avoid the most common avoidance foods. The list of foods is unique to your dominant organ and gland system and can be determined in minutes on the website, books or certified health practitioners. The very low fat diets (weight watchers, low carbs diet, yo-yo diets, fad diets and starvation diets) all restricted your body’s amount of good fats that some people need to be healthy. Your body may need a certain amount of good fats to support your brain, nervous system, hormone production and build the cell walls of every cell in your body. If you lose your fat cells to quickly then the toxins they hold will be released and the excess toxins may give you hormone problems, weight gain and adrenal exhaustion.
It would be better to eat the foods that support your unique body’s needs and attain and maintain balance to minimize disease and illness, increase energy, stabilize your weight and optimize your health.
Think a vegetarian diet is for you? It may be good for some people but not for you. Of the 25 different body types only 13 of them can obtain adequate nourishment from this kind of diet. Some people can not get the protein they need from a vegetarian diet. For example, the Blood, Thalamus and Eye body types do not support their different body’s organ or gland systems on this kind of diet. If your friend or relative is doing fine on a vegetarian diet, good for them but it may not be the right diet for you.
Do you think the Keto diet is good for you? It may be ok for some people but not you. In the future article, I will go over the pros and cons of this diet and an amazing new research study that just came out about the Keto diet.
Lets say you go to the grocery store and you are wandering down the isles. If you look at the hundreds of kinds of cheeses, seeds, nuts, meats, etc. you may be asking yourself, which one should I buy? Which of all these choices should I make to stay healthy, replenish my body, rebuild my immune system and which ones should I avoid? This Body Type system explains the right foods for your body and which ones to avoid.
In addition, the body type system tells you your unique personality profiles, helps with your unique personality traits, what motivates you, what exercises are best for you, when to eat and so much more. The last note I want to emphasis is be sure to watch the labeled ingredients on the foods you choose. For example, I picked up a salsa jar at the grocery store because it was labeled “gluten-free”. I read the ingredients on the jar and found out although it was gluten free it also listed GMO corn. Why would a person looking for a healthy food option want the DNA of an organism inserted into their corn?
